Patient:
58 year old male.
Case Background:
Due to a fracture of the front right hand side lateral incisor the patient had been wearing a partial removable denture for around a year. The patients front teeth had also been chipped and ground over the past decades and had become quite short.
Procedure:
The patient wanted a fixed tooth placed in the right hand side lateral space and did not want a bridge as he wanted to be able to floss in between. The procedure involved opening his bite by building up his back teeth to a comfortable level and then a dental implant was placed in the RHS lateral site. Crowns where done on the other front teeth to add back lost length.
